So gut kenne ich mich zwar nicht aus
aber Dein Satz könnte für (abgesehen von der Polizei selbst) einen deutschen Staatsbürger Gültigkeit haben.
Für einen Weit-weg-anderswo-Staatsbürger - der in D zusätzlich einen Wohnsitz hat, vielleicht aber nicht?
