Dan’s Open Domain Distribution Network will integrate into the Afternic DLS Network

We are delighted to let you know about two new updates to Dan.

Firstly, beginning March X, Dan customers will be able to import Lease-to-Own transactions, charged at a 10% commission rate. This widely requested feature will be accessible through Dan’s Sales Activity page.

Secondly, we noticed customers opting into the Afternic distribution network, achieve higher sales volume. Given the commission is now the same irrespective of where the domain sells, we will be automatically integrating all Buy-It-Now listed domain names into the Afternic Distribution Network. If you prefer not to have your domains listed on Afternic from within Dan, you can opt out through your account settings page. It also will no longer be possible to maintain a different price across platforms. If you already have domain names listed with a custom Afternic price, we will update your Buy It Now price to the highest listing price across all platforms.

eginning August 1st, we will automatically opt-in in all domains listed on Dan with a Buy Now price into the Afternic marketplace. We believe our sellers benefit from additional exposure to more than 150 partners of the Afternic network.

Also on August 1st, we will remove the ability to opt-out of listing on the Afternic network so all domains listed on Dan with a Buy Now price will also be distributed to Afternic.
Analysis of Dan sellers opting into distribution on the Afternic network shows an increase of more than 30% on the average sales price those sellers receive.

We worked to make managing domains on both marketplaces easy. Check out our product update #7 for more information.

Tja - das war´s DAN wohl...endgültig.

Es lief in den letzten 1-2 Jahren aber ohnehin nicht mehr so dolle mit den Verkäufen dort.
So gesehen, fällt mir der Abschied nicht wirklich schwer.
