Der Absender ist auf jeden Fall ein japanischer Webhoster bzw. Registrar!

Ich glaube dass ist nur eine Masche, um an Emailadressen zu kommen.

" to acquire your domain and make five figure usd offer" klingt einfach zu verlockend. Jeder normale Interessent würde doch auch erst mal nur Interesse bekunden und nicht gleich mit einem 5-stelligen Gebot dir den Mund wässrig machen.

Hat er denn dabei geschrieben, um welche Domain es geht? Dann würde ich die Domain per VHS in eine Börse stellen und einfach abwarten. Wenn wirklich Interesse besteht, wird wohl bald ein Gebot kommen.

als Firmenform in Japan gibt, ist mir neu.

Handy bedeutet auf Englisch nicht Mobiltelefon sondern handlich. Darum ist auch ein Handy-Man zumindest in NZ keiner der Handys verkauft sondern ein Handwerker. Handy heißt zumindest in Neuseeland nur "Mobile".

Mir kommt das ganze schon sehr komisch vor den kaum jemand wird 5 stellig für eine .com MIT einem Bindestrich kaufen. Wenn Du so etwas hättest wie ChinaMobile.com dann wäre das was anderes.

Gratulation. Dann kann man nur hoffen, dass der Bieter aus der Schweiz ist denn sonst hast Du wohl ein Problem wenn er nicht bezahlen ist und z.B. aus den USA ist. Klagen kannst Du dort vergessen.

Ja, ist Fake! Mittlerweile bekomme ich auf mehreren Domains solche Anfragen mit unterschiedlichen Namen, aber alle aus Japan! Wenn du antwortest bekommst du eine Nachricht das du eine Wertschätzung mit Zertifikat machen sollst! Die Domain sollte mindestens 10.000 Dollar wert sein! In meinem Fall bieteten sie mir 60.000 Dollar!
Ich reagiere da jetzt nicht mehr drauf! Meine Domains sind bei allen großen Verkaufsplattformen gelistet! Da kann derjenige dann sein Gebot abgeben!

Die wollen eh nicht kaufen sondern du als Verkäufer sollst nur nen teueres „certificate“ kaufen. Natürlich nur bei einer von deren anerkannte „Fake“ Agenturen.

I don't want you to force to pay for the certificate but there is no other exit. If you don't want to pay - I understand. In this case we may cancel the five figure usd sale. But if you wish to proceed please follow my instructions:

I talked to the buyer. GoDaddy and Sedo certificates don't meet the requirements of his security department (no copy in his native language and no trademark infringement verification).

But we have found the solution. His bank accepts the law compliance document from the accredited agency (owned by AuthorizeNet - Visa company) - Authorize Certification Domain Services https: // authorize- certification.net . They make the law compliance documents for Japan and support copies in Japanese in PDF format.

Go to this site and click Certification. Specify in the comment field "I have a buyer from Japan with $ XX, XXX USD offer. I need legal verification for Japan with copies in English and Japanese". Then submit your domain and wait for payment instructions.

If the appraisal in the certificate shows a higher figure the buyer will pay more so it may help you to earn more. If it shows a lower value you will still get paid the agreed price.

After you get the certificate please send it to us in PDF format and you will get paid the same day.
